According to Merseyside Police, 27 victims were transported to nearby hospitals for treatment, with at least two people including one child reported to have sustained serious injuries. Authorities have confirmed that a 53-year-old white British male, believed to be the driver, has been arrested. The suspect, a local from the Liverpool area, is currently in custody.
