“I’ll Crush ‘Any Attempt’ To Rebuild Iran’s Nuclear Programme” – Israel PM, Netanyahu Vows

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has vowed to prevent Iran from reviving its nuclear programme, warning that Israel will act decisively against any such efforts.

Speaking during a national address on Tuesday, Netanyahu declared that Israel remains firmly committed to stopping Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons, even after both countries agreed to a ceasefire following nearly two weeks of hostilities.

“Iran will not have a nuclear weapon,” Netanyahu stated. “We have already thwarted Iran’s nuclear project, and if anyone in Iran tries to rebuild it, we will act with the same determination and intensity to foil such attempt.”

His warning comes as Iran’s Atomic Energy Organisation chief, Mohammad Eslami, announced on state television Tuesday that Tehran has already taken necessary steps to ensure the continuity of its nuclear operations despite the recent U.S. and Israeli strikes on key facilities.

The statement follows 12 days of fierce exchanges between Israel and Iran, marked by missile barrages, air raids, and rising tensions that triggered international concern.

The ceasefire, brokered on Monday, temporarily halted the violence, but both nations have since accused each other of violating the truce within hours of its commencement.
